ReliaTel’s Voice Traffic, CDR, & Capacity reporting facility analyzes VoIP, PBX, CO Switch, and Voice Network metrics, and delivers the key statistical reports management and operations staff need to ensure voice quality, availability, and service delivery.
Through ReliaTel reports, Telecom, IT, and Network staff can proactively assess voice network resource utilization, call volume and handling, and calculated capacity trends for all aspects of the voice infrastructure including:

Traffic and capacity statistics are calculated using industry standard traffic formulas, user-specified thresholds, and user-selected grade of service (GOS) metrics to produce customized traffic and capacity planning reports. Support for both Poisson and Erlang traffic formulas provide complete reporting flexibility for multiple platforms including Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, and Lucent voice switches and devices.
ReliaTel generates comprehensive text-based reports, charts, and graphs that provide the actionable data needed to:
- Track usage of trunks, attendants, hunt groups and call rates, and identify blockage and trunk outage scenarios
- Analyze trunk capacity and grade of service, and optimize trunk utilization to ensure call completion and reduce needless over-trunking expenses.
- Continually evaluate PBX, circuit, and attendant service levels to ensure optimum experiences for incoming and outgoing callers.
- Analyze CDRs and track call accountability, connectivity, and usage statistics to prevent fraud and ensure availability

Extensive Traffic, CDR, and Capacity parameters enable users to generate both tactical and strategic reports at the aggregated infrastructure level as well as a granular device, user, or individual call level. Users can optionally set specific threshold criteria to be compared with collected traffic and capacity data, and automatically trigger alarming and custom notification should the set threshold be exceeded.
Through the ReliaTel web-based GUI, users select pre-defined reports, specify devices and timeframe parameters, customize content and layout if desired, and immediately generate the requested text-based or graphical report providing key metrics such as:
