The ReliaTel Performance Dashboard delivers a dynamic, graphical view of both granular and aggregated performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the VoIP, PBX, IP Voice, and IT network infrastructure.

Through the dashboard, Management, Operations, and Network staff have continuous visibility into business-critical infrastructure metrics including:

  • VoIP Network Quality, Traffic, and Capacity Trends
  • PBX Performance, Traffic, and Call Handling
  • Contact Center Performance and Availability

Real-time performance metrics are analyzed based on customizable threshold ranges, and continuously presented using multi-zoned gauges that reflect optimum, cautionary, and critical performance levels. Alarming is automatically triggered when performance metrics reach levels outside established thresholds, and automated notification is initiated to immediately alert staff of potentially adverse conditions.

The Dashboard is highly configurable to display the exact metrics in the exact format desired, providing the ideal performance portal for Management, Operations, and Network staff. Through the ReliaTel Performance Dashboard, Voice and IT professionals gain:

The Performance Dashboard is available directly on users’ desktops within the ReliaTel Management GUI for immediate access anytime during a user's session. Also available in a full-screen mode, the Dashboard can be displayed on the large wall screens found in most NOC environments.

The ReliaTel Performance Dashboard is fully secure, restricting users’ view to only those components and systems they are authorized to view. Only authorized Administrators can alter users’ Dashboard viewing permissions.
