their ReliaTel Voice Management solution
has successfully completed laboratory
interoperability testing with the
Nortel Communication Server 1000 (CS1000),
a server-based, full-featured IP PBX
supporting business-critical applications,
including unified messaging, customer
contact center, IVR, wireless VoIP
and IP phones.
The certification through the Nortel
Developer Program provides mutual
ReliaTel and Nortel customers full
assurance that their Nortel CS1000
voice system(s) will seamlessly operate
within a ReliaTel-managed telecommunications
network environment.
The Nortel Certificate of Compatibility
for ReliaTel includes Release 4.5
of the CS1000E, CS1000S, and CS1000M
platforms, and is posted on Nortel’s
Developer Program website at the following
